HFC: Foundations work directly with contractors, developers or individuals to produce efficient foundation systems for any residential project.

HFC in house software can design and draft a variety of slab systems based on cladding weights, ground conditions, contours and geotechnical conditions. All designs are carried out in accordance with the New Zealand Building Code, AS2870 and relevant New Zealand Codes.

Designs can be carried out within 5 working days and are completed with full supporting calculations, specifications, plans, details and a PS1 design producer statement suitable for building consent.
